Automation of Processes from Marketing and Business Intelligence Requirements.

Uniique-nexus connects applications in real-time. The integrated workflow management supports the modeling of individual processes used for real-time dialogs, personalized online offers, or the exchange of information between distributed applications. Distributed installations of uniique-nexus can work jointly together, distribute tasks internally or excecute tasks decentrally.

In this way, requirements of business processes can be mapped across applications rather than only being integrated into dialog marketing. Requirements from the Internet of Things can already now be realized with unique-nexus.

Flexible registration processes, preference management of contacts, as well as trigger and campaign management in real-time are typical use cases in dialog marketing. Uniique-campaign uses unique-nexus with its Universal Communication Interface (unique-UCI) for real-time macro campaigns, management of e-mail content, provision of personalized service pages (landing pages), and for measuring reactions of e-mail campaigns.

Automatic Processes in Real-Time

Typical processes with online applications

Uniique-nexus offers a variety of standard processes and interfaces like:

  • Double opt-in process
  • Registration process for granting user access
  • Log-in process

All processes are executed in real-time and come with templates for forms, e-mails and data integration (ETL). Critical processes like double opt-in or registration processes are executed and documented in a legally reliable manner. In these scenarios, uniique-nexus runs as an independent application on existing systems like web servers. For the purpose of integrating collected data into existing systems, sample use cases are provided that can be adjusted easily.

 

Integration of Applications

  • Enrichment of CRM systems with data from opt-out or registration processes.
  • Takeover of changes from existing systems into campaign management.

As an independent application, uniique-UCI integrates standard processes with uniique-campaign’s response measurement in dialog marketing. There are a variety of interfaces to other applications within content management, BI, service centers etc. as well as to different data base systems. A modern user interface allows für modelling processes according to the BPMN standard that can be easily adjusted and excecuted directly.

 

Technology uniique-nexus

Uniique-nexus is a compact software based on Java that can be installed on almost every server. Uniique-nexus can also run on an existing system or web server (e.g. company web site) without interfering with existing applications. Essentially, the server has to be available on the internet if online applications need to access uniique-nexus. Uniique-nexus acts like a normal web server on the internet. When using uniique-nexus, uniique-campaign establishes a secured connection to uniique-nexus in order to retrieve data or upload data to an online unique-nexus. Unauthorized applications cannot obtain data from uniique-nexus because Uniique’s systems only communicate via a secure and encrypted connection. Uniique-nexus is extremely performant and can handle many thousand of parallel communication events within a few seconds.

The range of applications of uniique-nexus is almost unlimited, e.g. business processes, machine control, smart devices etc. That is why the examples described above show only small section of the entire spectrum.

Uniique-UCI (universal communication interface) is an independent module of uniique-nexus. Uniique-UCI allows for the online provisioning of e-mail images, forms and landing pages of campaigns. Uniique-UCI measures if recipients of campaigns have opened the e-mails, which links have been clicked and if recipients have unsubcribed. Uniique-campaign automatically retrieves the data via a secure connection and integrates it in the success analysis and contact history.

Thus, in the sense of a 360 dialog°, all reactions are available automatically for further usage in reports or campaigns. They allow for target-oriented follow-up campaigns and prevent unsubscriptions from being disregarded.

Uniique-UCI with the described features is part of unique-campaign and free of cost. Companies that do not have the possibility to install unique-UCI on their infrastructure, have the option to subscribe to a managed version of uniique-UCI.
